New York: Options has announced the acquisition of Jake Roy Pillar LLC. Jake Roy Pillar, headquartered in New York, is a technology consultancy for the financial industry and primarily hedge funds. The financial terms of the deal, which closed in the second quarter of 2015, have not been disclosed but the acquisition will see the technology consultancy form an additional business unit within Options called Options Advisory.
