At the same time, many security printers or health management organisations have also announced that they have already developed or are developing such a passport – under names including VeriFLY, TravelPass, CommonPass, MatriX-iPass and more.

Crossword CEO Tom Ilube CBE appointed as Chair of RFU

London: Crossword Cybersecurity Plc announced that its CEO and founder, Tom Ilube CBE, has been ratified by the RFU Council to become the next Rugby Football Union (RFU) Chair, from 1st August 2021. The appointment will now be put to final ratification by member clubs at the RFU’s AGM in June.

Red Canary Closes $81 Million Financing to Meet Increasing Demand for Security Operations Software-as-a-Service

London, UK: Red Canary has announced it has closed its $81 million Series C financing round led by global growth equity investor Summit Partners with participation from existing investors Noro-Moseley Partners and Access Venture Partners. The new funding brings the security company’s total investment to more than $125 million and will help support continued investment in both product and team expansion as the company works to meet rapidly growing customer demand and builds on its leadership position in the security operations and managed detection and response (MDR) market.
