
As the threat to international security continues to grow by the day, counter terrorism experts are not leaving the job of doing battle against terrorists to chance, nor to governments, nor are they taking the challenges lying low. No wonder, when they gathered last month at Olympia in London between the 19th and 20th of April, 2011, courtesy of the Counter Terror Expo 2011, they did not just stop at showcasing their innovations for commercial purposes, but devoted much time to deliberate on the various methods to be adopted in fighting against the desert monsters’ blood enterprise which they often do carry out in the name of religion.

Foreign Secretary William Hague last week at the Lord Mayor’s Banquet, Mansion House, spoke about Al Qaeda following Osama Bin Laden's death and what the Arab Spring means for undemocratic governments. In the speech, Hon Hague seems to be implying, together with her allies, Britain is ready to do battle against terrorists on land, on the mountain, over the hills and valleys.
