Vigilance can report that From the 7th-13th October Cintas took part in Customer Service Week to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in the success and development of our business, and the growth of the UK economy.
According to a source at Cintas Customer Service Week is a national event which runs every year to give employers the opportunity to recognise the efforts of staff working on front-line customer facing activities on a daily basis, and show our commitment to exceeding customers’ expectations, adding this was the first time Cintas has been involved in the event.
Said the source: “Our Customer Service Teams, which are locally based at each operating site, worked to increase awareness of their roles internally, and made extra effort to contact customers to find out their thoughts on the service they receive. We were blown away by the fantastic response by our customers, many of whom congratulated our Customer Service Representatives and Operations partners at our sites for their dedication and helpfulness.
Amanda Elliot, Office Manager at Almond Housing Association said: “Cintas has provided our Association with an excellent and friendly service. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We signed up for Filetrak a couple of years ago and have found the system user friendly and easily accessible. We are pleased with the service we receive.”
Jon Joyce, Managing Director for Cintas Document Management says: “Cintas has a strong corporate character based on high moral and ethical standards, we insist on honesty and integrity in every part of our business and we are committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations. We are extremely proud of our Customer Service Teams and the great work they do on a daily basis, and are humbled by the positive feedback from our customers. Cintas will continue to work hard to always deliver excellent service to our customers.”
