Celebrating U.S.-Taiwan Relations and Taiwan’s Pivotal Role in Global Stability
Honolulu, Hawaii – 09/12/2024 – Pacific Forum, in partnership with the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO), is proud to announce the launch of a special joint project marking the 45th anniversary of the Taiwan Relations Act (TRA).
This project aims to underscore the strategic significance of Taiwan in the global landscape, particularly in light of shared values of democracy and freedom, and its critical role in international supply chains.
Through a series of three high-level dialogues, leading experts will discuss Taiwan's role in regional security, the enduring impact of the TRA, and the future of U.S.-Taiwan relations.
