PART TWO
...Buharism and the Fierce Urgency of Now
"The nation's civil service is currently a mere Gossip Arena and retail outlets for merchandising. Workers stroll in to work at whatever time they like, waka about and leave after such gossips. No stationery, other writing materials and such things like computers similar Government Departments in the West take for granted are hardly available as workers have to quarrel over the use of the few that ministers, permanent secretaries and directors have grudgingly provided, whilst they pocket the money meant for providing office facilities and equipment."
NIGERIA'S CIVIL SERVANTS NOW BEG TO FEED; BEG TO TRANSPORT TO WORK; AND SOME JUST KEEP OFF WORK...WHAT EXACTLY HAS GONE WRONG WITH NIGERIA...WHY HAVE FEDERAL MINISTRIES NOT RECEIVED ALLOCATIONS FOR UPWARD OF FIVE MONTHS?
'ello, Mr Danladi Irmiya Kifasi, Head of NOTHING WORKS of the Federation,
It would be interesting to know why the nation's Federal Ministires have not received their allocations for the past five months just as some States are owing civil servants salaries of between 3 months and over 12 months in Nigeria. This is tantamount to encouraging corruption and economic sabotage... the Federal government and this care-free boy Mr Danladi Irmiya Kifasi, Head of NOTHING WORKS of the Federation doesn't just care a hoot!

You will be surprised to learn civil servants don't have pens with which to write, as they don't pay them their salaries as and when due. They just can't afford such, so resort to borrowing pens before they can write! The civil service of a nation is the soul of governance and the pivot on which its wheel rotates, but Kifashi doesn't just care.
Isn't the nation better off without this NOT MY BUSINESS HEAD OF SERVICE? In fact, the Nigerian nation under Muhammadu Buhari is stagnated! Fela, make you enter sing o jare: "Everything dey disorganise...pata pata...dey disorganise...pata pata.....O-R-D-E-R!
POSSIBLE OPTIONS OUT OF THE APC'S LOGJAM AS THE SHIP OF STATE BUFFETS AGAINST THE HIGH CURRENT OF THE SEA
WAKE UP, PDP! PDP, WAKE UP!
I very much feel the Peoples Democratic Party now in the Opposion are not keeping the DO-NOTHING APC Government on their toes by tackling them well enough. They have to wait for our stories from here and prodding before they can feebly lean their jaws on the wall to bark at the ruling Party. We have conjectured about this their lacklustre outing and attitude which have been encouraging the ruling party to keep sleeping and snoring as their engine got knocked down in the middle of the Express Way as soon as the keys to the old Bedford Model 1960 was handed over to them.
From our Observatory we can see the driver SAY SNAIL and his bus conductor Leke London who now sit by the roadside with their heads placed against the baobab trees sleeping and snoring, whilst the passengers who now have disembarked wearing long look are impatiently waiting for their CHANGE!
General Snail and Leke London are the first and only President and Vice President in the world who don't give a damn about the THE FIRST 100 DAYS IN OFFICE...they have nothing to show Nigerians and the world after their first 83 days in office!
Truth is, the PDP needs a horse whip to whip their backs and wake them up from their slumber and we very much think Olisa Metuh is not BULALAING APC well enough, hece we are suggesting a new office to be created to be known and called PDP Media and Strategic Communications and Femi Fani Kayode be called upon to head it as CHIEF OF MEDIA AND STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS (CMSC) ONLY if he has not compromised himself as he just recently had the case of money laundry against him unsurprisingly quashed - unsurprisingly because in Nigeria, "Ogas at the top" never go to prison.
Meanwhile, the Opposite Party needs to do seven things to keep the higly disorganised, disjointed, disorientated, disorderly and unruly Party permanently awake and below are what they should do:
1. Tackle!
2. Tackle!
3. Tackle!
4. Tackle!
5. Tackle!
6. Tackle!
7, Tackle!!!
Receiving, PDP? FEEDEEFEE, are you receiving?
To be continued.
