London: IBM’s global communications industry leader Rob van den Dam will be speaking at the European VoIP Summit scheduled to run on the 9th March at the QEII Centre in London, Vigilance can report.
Addressing “The Fine Line of Trust in Customer Relationships”, Rob will be sharing findings from IBM's global telecom consumer survey, stressing the importance of customer experience in a highly-competitive VoIP landscape, as well as sharing the key to building and maintaining a trustworthy relationship between customers and providers.
The event is the fourth in what has proven to be a highly popular and well attended series. The conference creates a forum where the thought-leaders of the VoIP industry come together to discuss the trends, dynamics and future of the industry. It is expected to attract delegates from over 70 service providers from around Europe.
