Simon Davies, Internal Sales Manager for Pro-Vision told Vigilance:  “AMG are well known for their impressive range of single channel fibre optic products - eg the AMG5800 and AMG5900 Series  - which are designed for low cost, point-to-point single channel transmission of video and associated multiple low speed data/audio/alarm with full bandwidth 100Mbps ethernet connectivity”.

Mr Davies added:  “Whilst the AMG5800 is designed for multi-mode fibre, the AMG5900 transmits and receives all the signals on a single fibre. The range has built-in AGC (Automatic Gain Control) with a wide dynamic range and 10-bit video digitalisation to provide true ‘plug & play’ capability. 100Mbps ethernet + data only transmission units are also available. Data expansion cards offer transmission of up to 4 additional data channels, 8 bi-directional alarm channels or 16 Uni-directional alarm channels and up to 16 bi-directional audio channels”.

Pro-Vision’s 20,000sq ft warehouse is well stocked and their sales team are ready, waiting and available from 8:45am to 5:45pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed up to 5:30pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the same day and delivered the following day.
