LETTER TO THE EDITOR

Dear Ms,

I wish to raise a complaint against the IPCC. I made a complaint against Cheshire Constabulary which the IPCC will not rule to be recorded.

Cheshire Constabulary will not Record my Complaint nor will they bring proceedings against Weaver Vale Housing Trust my Landlord even though I have produced the Evidence, I have endeavoured to contact the Commissioner but even he will not reply, is it the policy of the IPCC to protect the Police or to enforce the Police to carry out their Duty of Care to all the People.

It appears that the IPCC can be bought by the police so to say by giving the IPCC faulksew information and claiming that they have complied with the Ruled.

My case number with the IPCC is 2011/020769
