Slough, UK: The ‘2013 Cloud Contact Centre Survey’ conducted by Call Centre, in association with Interactive Intelligence, reveals an increasing number of UK contact centres have started a cloud implementation process in a bid to migrate their services.
The United Kingdom ratified the International Labour Organization’s Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC, 2006) on 7 August 2013. This ratification also covers the Isle of Man and Gibraltar.
