London: LANDesk Software, a global leader in integrated systems lifecycle management, endpoint security, enterprise mobility, asset management and IT service management, today announced that the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA), the organisation that pays compensation claims to innocent victims of violent crime, has implemented LANDesk Service Desk. With LANDesk Service Desk, CICA’s current IT operations will be transformed by empowering CICA employees to log their own issues; thereby reducing time spent calling the IT department and creating more time dedicated to helping victims of violent crime. This implementation will support CICA’s aim to quickly provide service to suffering victims.
