Why CMS Is Breeding Security Vulnerabilities

Several statistics gathering engines on the web reveal an interesting picture. Content management systems (CMS) have become far more popular in the last couple of years. A trend graph over at builtwith.com shows that over 20% of the top 10,000 websites rely on CMS. And it’s fair to assume that the number is higher for companies that use a CMS as a middleware between their content and their front end website.

Mimecast named one of UK's 100 best companies to work for 2014

London, UK: Mimecast has been included in this year's prestigious employee survey: ‘100 Best Companies to Work For 2014'. The annual list compiled by The Sunday Times andBest Companies has placed Mimecast at number 43 in the mid-sized company category.

MOD's disused tube station goes for £53 million

A former London Underground tube station used during the Second World War as a command centre has been sold for £53 million, Vigilance can report. The unique property at 206 Brompton Road was put on the market in September last year by the Ministry of Defence (MOD). It is expected the property will now be used for a predominantly residential development and the money raised will be ploughed back into the Defence budget.
