The latest addition to the Securitas Group is the security consulting company, Interseco in the Netherlands whose Enterprise value has been estimated at MSEK 43 (MEUR 4.5).
Interseco, with annual sales of approximately MSEK 65 (MEUR 7) and approximately 50 employees, focuses on advising and assisting their customers to detect and gain control of crime risks. Interseco offers mainly four types of services: consultancy, investigation, security and training services.
