Having waited with bated breath for Your Holiness’s fatherly intervention in the ongoing hostility between Russia and Ukraine and not hearing your voice in the matter, including where Your Holiness stands on the issue under referenced, which has plunged the whole world into a state of unparalleled trepidation, worry and anxiety, leading to sleepless nights for some of us, and all those still having their consciences and human feelings intact, in addition to respecting human brotherhood and the sovereignty of the nation states, particularly that of the people of Ukraine, I am thus with tears in my eyes and a great sorrow in my heart sending you this SOS of mine on behalf of all the peoples of the world for your Papal intervention in the matter at hand, to prevent the imminent war between Russia and Ukraine, which potentially could engulf the whole human race.

SASIG CALLS FOR GREATER RESILIENCE TO COUNTER THE THREAT OF CYBERCRIMINALS

SASIG, the Security Awareness Special Interest Group, is calling on cybersecurity professionals in the financial services sector to build greater resilience against the threat cybercriminals pose by investing in new skills.

The call follows the latest Financial Sector Cybersecurity Symposium, organised by SASIG in conjunction with the Bank of England. The symposium was attended by more than 250 delegates who heard that cyber threats include a growing number of ransomware attacks and that these will almost certainly increase during 2022. Supply chain service providers, who often cross international boundaries, were also seen as an increasing source compromising reasonably well-defended networks.

Evolution Equity Partners Joins Existing Investors in Valuing the Company at $1.1 Billion, Further Fueling Innovation, Rapid Growth, and Global Expansion

NEW YORK: Invisible has announced a $100 million Series C funding round, which raises the company’s total funding to date to $205 million and propels its valuation to $1.1 billion. Evolution Equity Partners led the round, with existing investors New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and Jim Clark participating. Potentum Partners, Expanding Capital, and HBAM also joined the round. The new funding will be used to further expand Beyond Identity’s research and development and extend the company’s footprint and resources into Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Additionally, the “Father of SSL” and 2019 Marconi Prize recipient Taher Elgamal of Evolution Equity Partners will be joining the Beyond Identity Board of Directors.
