The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) last week hosted a lively roundtable meeting in the Houses of Parliament, bringing together Parliamentarians from across the political spectrum to discuss the future of policing and the role of the private sector in delivering essential services.
Following the latest reports regarding two incidents in Ashford and Snodland, Kent, where criminal gangs employed mini diggers to rip out ATMs, the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) warns construction sites, plant hire companies and insurance providers of the importance of keeping costly machinery secured at all times.
It seems like we’re infested, or at least so my wife tells me. Apparently the mice are everywhere, although I haven’t seen any myself. While running the domestic Anti-Virus program recently – the vacuum cleaner – she came across the tell-tale signs of mice. So I was dispatched to the stores to buy the mouse destroyer – humane version of course, because no matter how much she hates the mice, we can’t kill them! We just collect them and relocate them to the neighbours!
