The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is continuing to develop new licence-linked qualifications as part of its review of industry skills and qualifications.

To allow all parties sufficient time to prepare for the changes, the SIA expects to launch the new qualifications in autumn 2020.

The new qualifications will give a more robust foundation of skills and knowledge and reflect what the SIA has learned from extensive industry consultation.
