WHAT HAS GONE WRONG WITH NIGERIA? HOW DID WE MISS IT? HOW AND WHY DID WE LOSE THE PLOT? WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE NIGERIAN DREAM, THE NIGERIAN PROMISE AND THE NIGERIAN EXCEPTIONALISM? Every Nigerian from the age of 12, particularly my compatriots in the North should buy and read his autobiography entitled MY LIFE: ALHAJI SIR AHMADU BELLO. Good Lord, I'm in tears, in tears and in tears for the erstwhile GIANT OF AFRICA, now a mere speck of dust in the comity of nations!
When a protest is not responsible, mature, patriotic and peaceful, but rancorous, riotous, vandalistic, leading to the deaths of innocent citizens, it is therefore, a protest for protest’s sake and an infantile exhibition of a group of idle mobs and louts simply revelling in primitive gangsterism.

At the Great Aladura Comprehensive High School, Anthony Village, Lagos, Nigeria, West Africa in the continent of Africa, we were taught the basics and the principles of the alternative ways of doing things which often began after the first solution to a given task/assignment with such phrases as: “Put differently”; “at another level”, “in another dimension”, whilst at Great Ife – Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Ife, our great teacher, Dr Ropo Sekoni (now) Prof taught us the art and science of alternative possibility, known generally by Western scholars, military strategists, and amongst the leaders of the business and the professions simply as “Plan B.” So, what then are BAT’s and the professional idlers’ (the so-called protester’s) Plan B?

NIGERIA: FROM LIGHT TO THE BLACKEST DARKNESS & THE DARKEST BLACKNESS… HOW THE DESTINY OF A NATION AND THAT OF ITS PEOPLE WERE CHANGED BY THE ‘JIHADISTS’, IBRAHIM GBADAMOSI BABANGIDA AND OLUSEGUN AREMU OBASANJO
https://www.vigilance-securitymagazine.com/news/general/nigeria-watch-international/10432-13-december-2020-world-fasting-and-prayer-day
Did not Olusegun Obasanjo import the gods of the nations to Nigeria in the name of FESTAC ’77?
Nigerians and their country left the Light Club to Darkness Club when Ibrahim Gbadamosi Babangida without consultation enlisted Nigeria in the OIC against the secular nature of the country.
And did not Olu as the Gatekeeper Marshall-General of Nigeria allow the birthing of Sharia in Nigeria in Year 2000, consequently putting peace in flight permanently?
Again, it was the same self-proclaimed ‘Messiah of Nigeria/Africa’ ascribing to himself the omniscient status who allowed Bakassi to be chopped off the gigantic Tree of Nigeria to please the West just as he gleefully supported the dilution of West Central into the present Kwara State of Nigeria in 1976 to please his Pula masters, yet the same Olu has been parading himself as the infallible ‘Messiah’ of Nigeria and Africa, because Olu’s mirror doth reflect not Olu, but others.
Also, was it not the same Olu who brought Umoru Musa Yar’Adua to power take all Nigeria through a most gruesome experience – and therefrom GEJ rode to power, courtesy of the Doctrine of Necessity, and was to afterward bring in another sick horse rider, handing him the same old sick horse, which the sick horse rider who handed the same old untreated sick horse in a coffin to another sick horse rider who has been flogging the dead horse against all reason and wisdom since May 29, 2023 till the smell of that dead horse in the coffin brought out all Nigeria to the streets of the Republic for ten days, August 1-10, 2024 with no messiah in sight yet to resurrect the dead horse, meaning, the WORST IS YET TO COME just as the WORST OF THE WORST IS YET TO COME?
Need I remind the nation it was Olu Obasanjo who introduced militocracy or rather militarianism into the Nigerian politics and bestial and hereditary Afro-democracy and sit-tight or rather attempted sit-tight democrazy (ASSD) into the Nigerian polity and all econo-politico-national spaces with such slogan as DO or Die; Ghana Must Go; No Vacancy at the top; Operation Total Wipe Out as in Odi, Zaki Biam, all culminating in his third term agenda – and together with Ngo Baby paid $18 billion to the nation’s creditors, hoping by this stupid and obsequies gestures, their Western masters would support his third term infamy.
Also, it must be said, and I dare so say that even though Aremu De Boy has been working very closely with the Fulbes, who would later become his lord and masters, he did not and does not know, nor does he understand them one bit, hence they have been using him ever since his soldiering days till the very present, and it is to them and not God he beholds!
Finally, whilst it can be recorded for posterity that in the contest for supremacy between the Naira and dollars and the pound, it was IBB who hit the Naira below the belt, Obj it will said was the one who dealt the unkindest cut to the Naira by introducing the dollars to the Nigerian economy, the negative impact of which has remained till date!

“Helpful Bible Verses about Fasting
Both the Old Testament and New Testament teach the value of fasting, which is abstaining from food or drink in order to focus on prayer and seeking God's will. Fasting is mentioned over 70 times throughout Scripture. In the Old Testament, there were two types of fasting: public and private. Both types offer great spiritual benefits.
Through many examples of people in the Bible who fasted, we can know that God grants supernatural revelation and wisdom through this practice. Moses, Daniel, and even Jesus fasted! Scripture tells us that fasting will help us grow a more intimate relationship with Christ and will open our eyes to what He wants to teach us.

10 When I weep and fast, I must endure scorn;
13 Yet when they were ill, I put on sackcloth and humbled myself with fasting. When my prayers returned to me unanswered,
14 I went about mourning as though for my friend or brother. I bowed my head in grief as though weeping for my mother.
12 “Even now,” declares the LORD, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.”
13 Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the LORD your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity.

15 After Nathan had gone home, the LORD struck the child that Uriah’s wife had borne to David, and he became ill.

17 The elders of his household stood beside him to get him up from the ground, but he refused, and he would not eat any food with them.
25 (There was never anyone like Ahab, who sold himself to do evil in the eyes of the LORD, urged on by Jezebel his wife.
26 He behaved in the vilest manner by going after idols, like the Amorites the LORD drove out before Israel.)
27 When Ahab heard these words, he tore his clothes, put on sackcloth and fasted. He lay in sackcloth and went around meekly.
2 where for forty days he was tempted by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and at the end of them he was hungry.

4 Your fasting ends in quarreling and strife, and in striking each other with wicked fists. You cannot fast as you do today and expect your voice to be heard on high.
5 Is this the kind of fast I have chosen, only a day for people to humble themselves? Is it only for bowing one’s head like a reed and for lying in sackcloth and ashes? Is that what you call a fast, a day acceptable to the LORD?
6 “Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?
7 Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter— when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?
5 The Ninevites believed God. A fast was proclaimed, and all of them, from the greatest to the least, put on sackcloth.
6 When Jonah’s warning reached the king of Nineveh, he rose from his throne, took off his royal robes, covered himself with sackcloth and sat down in the dust.
7 This is the proclamation he issued in Nineveh: “By the decree of the king and his nobles: Do not let people or animals, herds or flocks, taste anything; do not let them eat or drink.
8 But let people and animals be covered with sackcloth. Let everyone call urgently on God. Let them give up their evil ways and their violence.
9 Who knows? God may yet relent and with compassion turn from his fierce anger so that we will not perish.”
1 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.
2 He said: “In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought.
3 And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, ‘Grant me justice against my adversary.’
4 “For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, ‘Even though I don’t fear God or care what people think,
5 yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won’t eventually come and attack me!’ ”
6 And the Lord said, “Listen to what the unjust judge says.
7 And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?
8 I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”
9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable:
10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.
11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector.
12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’

THE NATIONAL FASTING AND PRAYER WEEK
This was drafted since 2023, but for other pressing matters, I have not been able to type and publish it until now:
As my proposal, the nation should prayerfully consider the first week of every April as THE WEEK OF PEACE & DELIVERANCE for God to deliver Nigeria from the forces of Islamic jihad raging intractably all over Nigeria/Africa and usher in the peace that surpasses all understanding upon our country.
The Week of Peace and Deliverance is not a sit-at-home exercise, but a week when all Nigeria must stay at home and pray or go to places of prayers or gather at designated places just to pray to God to intervene in the affairs of our nation as things have got out of control without the bunch of thieves, robbers, rogues, agberos and zombies having any clue as to what to do next to save our Nigeria from total collapse and scatteration:
Please refer to these passages in the Bible:
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
- 2 Chronicles 7:14
Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people. |
||
- Proverbs 14:34
18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. - Proverbs 29:18-27 -
2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. - Proverbs 29:2. WHAT WOULD THE BIBLICAL ISRAELITES/ESTHER DO? In times like these, the Israelites of old fasted and prayed to God to deliver them from the hands of their plunderers, oppressors and aggressors – the Philistines, the Midianites, the Babylonians, the Ismaelites, the Moabites, the Edomites, the Assyrians, Amalekites, the Jebusites, the Moabites, etc. It stands thus to reason in mind that in view of all that have been falling the nation since the change of the destiny of the nation and its people by agents of darkness in our midst, including the ongoing war against the nation and its people by principalities and powers, spiritual wickedness in high places, territorial powers and spirits, rulers of darkness that have held the nation and the Nigerian people by the jugular, including activities of witches and wizards, the nation and the Nigerian people ought ordinarily to fast and pray more than the Israelites of old for deliverance and total redemption/salvation. And now is the time to fast and pray, lest very, very soon and not later, we shall have no country to call our own any longer, courtesy of the forces from abroad acting in concert with their local collaborators to tear Nigeria apart for easy conquest. Fellow Nigerians, you must all therefore not forget that the civil war of 1967-1970 started with IGBO MUST GO in some parts of our country, and we are back again to that same old path of ugliness. Thus, every Nigerian is hereby warned: YE MUST NOT ALLOW THIS HOUSE TO FALL. Nay, Nigerians must not allow THE HOUSE OF NIGERIA TO FALL! The Nigerian people must also be made aware that our country like the Israelites of old is currently besieged by the descendants of the Ishmaelites, the Philistines, the Midianites, Jebusites, the Moabites, the Amorites, the Edomites, the Assyrians, the Babylonians, aiming to take over Nigeria and all (West) Africa – already over 40% of the land mass of B’Faso is taken, and with the restlessness in the East, emissaries of the contending forces have arrived to build alliances, and those captaining the ship of state must act fast even as the driver’s seat is taken – and it is not unlikely that iron birds shall sooner or later embark on visits of ugliness. Also, God is my witness in Christ Jesus that I have not kept you uninformed regarding fiercest biological warfare ever on Africa eventuating in emerging/political diseases, including the plot to recolonise Africa which has already begun as Africa now is experiencing another round of the scramble for Africa by the hawks, donkeys, dragons and the artic bears, all baying and angling for the soul of Africa and her resources as has been the case from the River Nile Valley and all its surrounding since earliest times till the very present. Again, what happened to North Africa; the Biblical lands of the Israelites/all the Cross lands - Constantinople, the Surrounding Mediterranean, the Middle East, save the Arabian Peninsula? Think my people; my people think, let my people think. The good news is that wherever else in the world that the Arabs from their Arabian Peninsula had taken over in their very mindless quest for territorial expansion, the new occupiers had never known peace since that bestial dispossession! And all doubting Thomases are invited to look at what has been happening and is still happening in the Medlantic (Mediterranean + Atlantic) and all Middle East where such territorial expansion had been carried out in previous centuries.
May the good Lord bless our Nigeria as we clock 64 today in spite.
