London, UK: Historically, privileged IT users and regular end-users have been managed under separate silos by IT departments. As a result, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) products have lacked visibility into powerful privileged accounts, while Privileged Identity Management (PIM) products have not offered a holistic view of user access to critical systems.
Now, a recent integration between Lieberman Software’s PIM solution, Enterprise Random Password Manager™ (ERPM), and SailPoint’s IGA product, IdentityIQ™, allows joint customers to provision and manage access for all identities in the enterprise through one solution.
This integration is the subject of an upcoming webinar, “Integrating Identity Governance and PIM for Complete Control” on April 26 at 7:00pm UK and April 27 at 2:00pm UK. The featured speaker is Jonathan Sander, Vice President of Product Strategy at Lieberman Software and veteran cyber security expert.
“The vast majority of major data breaches involve misuse of privileged access,” Sander said. “Managing privileged access separately from end-user access creates cyber security gaps. It opens organizations up for potential risks because they do not have a clear view into all of their identities. This integration lets organizations make informed decisions within a comprehensive access governance framework, and appropriately evaluate identity-related risks.”
During the webinar Sander will detail how the Lieberman Software – SailPoint integration provides visibility into privileged users' access to systems and data, increases IT operational efficiency, and allows organizations to quickly identify users with excessive identity-related risk.
