Whether for personal protection, discreet investigations or other security related operations, police officers depend in many cases on the fact that their communication with each other is not detected by a third party, or even from a suspicious – but kept semi or total covert.
To help the police forces even more, the specialist for speak and talk solutions Imtradex, further developed the OnGuard I. According to the name OnGuard I-Flex give the users even more flexibility. The difference to the old system, which consists of a transparent spiral tube and a send button with integrated microphone, is the binder disconnect clutch. This way it is possible to connect different headsets to the new OnGuard I-Flex.
“This gives the security authorities more flexibility with the communications equipment for the different operations”, said Ralf Kudernak, managing director of Imtradex Hör-/Sprechsysteme GmbH.
Apart from the described changes in the Flex model, it has the same performance and quality features as the OnGuard I: The headset can be connected to all common analog and digital radios. In addition it is also very robust in the construction. The PUR-coated -spiral cable holds even higher pulling forces. And at the same time it also have the advantage of the send button with integrated microphone, which is very convenient, and can be used in the hand, or be worn on the collar of the shirt/jacket, which is the same options that made the OnGuard I so popular for semi covert operations. Imtradex presents the new OnGuard I-Flex at the GPEC Exhibition from 11th to 13th of September 2012 in Leipzig, Germany.
