President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan of Nigeria...a Commander-in-Chief without knowldge of coventional or non-convention warfare. Pity! Pity! Pity, then.
"One thing is certain the enemy cannot remain long where he is. He must come out, and when he does, all I ask or wish is to be turned loose with my command. I shall be on all sides of him, attacking day and night. He shall not cook a meal or have a night's sleep, and I will wear his army to a frazzle before he gets out of the country," - Lieutenant General Nathan Bedford Forrest.
Esteemed Sir,
In the war on terror I have come to the inevitable conclusion that you and your loquacious security chiefs are simply wasting scarce resources, time and energy because you all appear not to know who your enemies really, really are and where exactly they can be found as your careless utterances have shown.
Pray, if you do not know who your real enemies are and where they are and go after them how do you hope to achieve your overall objectives in the war on terror, except keeping on boxing shadows, moving around in a circle like a purposeless whirlwind and jumping all over the place like a kangaroo?
I have watched from this side of the Atlantic with a heavy sorrow in my heart and tears on my eyes how all concerned have continued to display crass ignorance, stupidity and colossal illiteracy about the menace of Boko Haram and the general threat to national security - the security agencies don't know what to do; the country's so-called security experts/analysts have merely displayed crass ignorance, idiocy and stupendous ignorance showing a total lack of of understanding of the true origin of Boko Haramism and the depth of what is at stake; the government is clueless and the people being helpless now live in fear in their own fatherland and have become infected with grasshopper complex such that they seem like grasshoppers at the mention of Boko Haram.
The Press in Nigeria too have not fed in any least way better than the ordinary Nigerian citizens in their understanding, reporting and analyses (if any) of Boko Haram. When the military who have sidelined M.D. Abubakar and his men in the so-called war on terror parade any unfortunate miscreant and label them Boko Haram's masterminds, they immediately buy into such deception/ignorance and report such hapless and brainwashed former alamjiris or unemployed persons who merely fell prey in the hands of terror recruiters as the masterminds!
As said again and again, victory in the fight against Boko will be half won the day when just one mastermind in high places and palaces is caught and made to face charges of treasonable felony. Again and again and again trillions of times, the masterminds are within and without - internal/local and external from far away Saudi and other Arab nations including their embassies and high commissions in Nigeria.
By the way, what does Your Excellency know about the SALAFISTS MOVEMENT in Nigeria funded by Gulf monarchies - Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, etc. SALAFISM is practised by Saudi Arabia's ruling family who finance the violent movement worldwide, and again, and again, and again, in Nigeria there is the elite corps of this very evil movement in the academia, the armed forces, palaces, police, students associations in Nigerian universities, colleges, mosques, muslim societies/associations, muslim students associations across Nigerian higher institutions, clerics, mulahs, mujahideens, top serving civil servants, politicians, institutional members, former federal officers in all sectors private/public who are now retired, serving and retired judges, the Dome of Vultures is full of them and their members abound in the desperate political party whose vision is to establish the Islamic Political Kingdom, the Nigerian version of the global Khalifah - AREWA POLITICAL CALIPHATE a.k.a APC.
WAHABIS, nko? edey!!!!!!
Arewa Peoples Congress, nko? edey!!!!
Esteemed Sir, there are FOUR reasons why the war on terror has been unnecessarily prolonged, namely:
1. POLITICS
2. POLITICS
3. POLITICS
4. OTHERS
The armed forces, including the police and other security agencies you are using to fight the so-called war on terror are the political institutions of the Hausa and Fulani people through whom ARABISM has crept into Nigerian politics. Lamentably, historians over the years have tended to focuss on Western influences on Nigerian/African politics to the utter disregard of the very, very, very negative influences of ARABISM in Nigerian/African politics which have always come in form of violence culminating in deaths since the 7th Century A.D.
The the various generations of officers and men from the North had joined the Armed Forces, the police, other security agencies at the instigation of the British colonialists, Ahmadu Bello, the Sadauna of Sokoto, Major General Hassan Katsina and Brigadier Zakariya Maimalari, these two who on the instruction of Ahmadu Bello went from one elemetary school/college to another all over the then so-called ONE NORTH, at the time the South was partitioned into three Regions Western, Mid-Western and the Eastern to reduce the growing influence of Chief Jeremiah Obafemi Awolowo and to ensure the five Southern Nigerian protagonists Benjamin Nnamdi Azikiwe, Jeremiah Obafemi Awolowo, Samuel Ladoke Akintola, Sir Dennis Chukude Osadebey and Dr Michael Okpara did not speak with one voice.
So while young Nigerians from the South against their parents wishes were genuiely motivated to take up careers in the Armed Forces and so laboured and laboured having sleepless nights reading to pass their examinations into the Nigerian Defence Academy which I 'd like to refer to as NORTHERN DEFENCE ACADEMY, their Northen counterparts were given letters from Palaces to the so-called NDA! More, whilst in the Academy, conscious attempts were made to frustrate young Nigerians from the South, such that some of them had no choice, but to pack their bags and baggage and leave the Academy out of frustrations.
Whilst in Nigeria, I was sufficiently close to the NDA to know that the so-called 30-intakes from each State of the Federation was merely a lie as many, many got admissions from Palaces!
WHAT OF PROMOTIONS?
Promotions in the Armed Forces, the police and other security agencies have always come from palaces just as admissions/recriutments, hence loyalty is not to the nation, but to emirs, traditional rulers and other very influencial figures who had so recommended these officers, hence it was possisble for a junior officer to refuse to take order from General Babafemi Ogundipe, the then de facto Vice President of Nigeria who was the one that in order of rank ought to be the Head of State after the death of General Agui Ironsi and not Gowon. So what the military is doing to you as the Commander-in-Chief from the South is to treat you like another General Ogundipe!
The overall game plan was that if the North were to hold onto power perpetually they MUST have the armed Forces, the police and other para-military agency including population advantage. This explains the reason for the North having more population after the first census of 1962 which under the then British Chairman Electoral Commision Warren J. Buffet recorded higher figures for the South to the ire of Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa who sacked him, and later re-ran the exercise which then awarded more figures to the arid North, a deception which has been left to continue till date.
Meanwhile, can someone tell General Jack Yakubu Gowon to shut up because he has been part of the problems of Nigeria and he has continued to be a stooge, puppet and marionette in the hands of the Oligarchic North and he has continued to remain as a chieftain of the AREWA CONSULTATIVE FORUM, the alter ego of the NORTHERN PEOPLES CONGRESS as its Chairman, Board of Patrons.
ACF BOARD OF PATRONS
- General Yakubu Gowon, Former Head of State of Nigeria and Chairman Board of Patrons;
- Alhaji Shehu Shagari, Former President of Nigeria and member ACF Board of Patrons;
- General Muhammadu Buhari, Former Head of State of Nigeria and member ACF Board of Patrons;
- General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, Former President and Head of State of Nigeria and member ACF Board of Patrons;
- General Abdulsalami Abubakar, Former Head of State of Nigeria and member ACF Board of Patrons;
- Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Former Vice President of Nigeria and member ACF Board of Patrons.
By the solid support of all my comaptriots, both at home and in Nigeria, I will hereby record for posterity that these are the men tearing Nigeria apart while preaching peace and unity and at the same time constantly heating up the polity with their ethnic and regional agenda. In the name of God, what are former Heads of State and Vice President who by right ought to to be the guardian, soul, conscience, statesmen and fathers of the nation doing in ethnic and regional association?
Will ALL Nigerians now join me in naming them one by one and shaming them? For those of them who had served in the Army, I have been vindicated by saying they joined the army from palaces and not as a calling, hence whilst their times lasted they actively encouraged imbalances in the polity and lay the foundation for the current threat to national security.
A citizen, this time, a former federal officer cannot serve Nigeria and Arewa at the same time, it can ONLY be either of. They are either on the side of Nigeria or Arewa! Let them all hang their heads in shame for putting a sword on the string that holds us together; and now our Nigeria can no longer act like one.
Similarly, I call on ALL Nigerians to join me in booing and jeering ALL those Nigerians in Afenifere, Ohaneze and such other ethnic/regional divisive and evil clubs.
As a matter of utmost seriousness, I call on Gowon, Shagari, Buhari, Babangida, Abdulsalami and Atiku to renounce their membership of Arewa just this week or remain permanently quiet in things Nigeria.
It is therefore, not right for Buhari and Atiku to want to aspire to rule Nigeria as their little minds ONLY have a place in AREWA and not in our NIGERIA! The country needs statesmen and citizens with unimpeachable integrity and unalloyed patriotism, not men with divided loyalty and highly divisive in every sense of the word.
All ethnic/regional associations are hereby disbanded/proscribed for Nigerians to form a NATIONAL UNITY MOVEMENT!
It was Gowon, a Christain who began Nigeria's journey into the fold of the OIC - Organisation of Islamic Cooperation with Nigeria's delegation headed by Sheikh Abubakar Gumi in the first ever meet of the organisation held in Morocco in 1969! Boko Haramism takes its roots from the bloody expolit of Utthman Dan Fodio between 1804 - 1809, OIC and emboldened by that policy shift during the Gowonian era to Nigeria's joining of the D-8 under Umaru Musa Yar'Adua.
As a matter of fact, all the military top brass including the police and other security agencies are merely politicians in uniforms. If you want to get the job done, then you MUST get rid of all military personnel from the rank of Colonel and officers of similar rank in other embarrassing security agencies and disband the rubbish JTF which has by now outlived its usefulness - put a Major or Captain in charge of the new Counter-terror agency which must immediately be formed to replace the moribund JTF.

"You can live without food, but you cannot last long without ammunition."
