London, UK: Varonis, the leading provider of comprehensive data governance software, has announced the addition of industry veterans John Gavin, Jr. and Fred van den Bosch to the Varonis Board of Directors.
John Gavin, Jr. brings more than 30 years of financial and operational management experience to the Varonis board, and has served on the boards of several companies, including QlikTech, Vistaprint N.V. and BroadSoft. John most recently served as the Executive Vice President and CFO for leading data centre automation software provider BladeLogic. Prior to joining BladeLogic, John served as the CFO for several companies, including Data General Corporation, Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) and NaviSite.

Fred van den Bosch brings a wealth of experience in the software industry to Varonis. For over 14 years, van den Bosch played a key role in growing VERITAS Software from a small start-up to a successful multibillion dollar enterprise as board member, Executive Vice President of Engineering, and CTO.
