International Exhibitions, Conferences and Summits

London: IBM’s global communications industry leader Rob van den Dam will be speaking at the European VoIP Summit scheduled to run on the 9th March at the QEII Centre in London, Vigilance can report.

Addressing “The Fine Line of Trust in Customer Relationships”, Rob will be sharing findings from IBM's global telecom consumer survey, stressing the importance of customer experience in a highly-competitive VoIP landscape, as well as sharing the key to building and maintaining a trustworthy relationship between customers and providers.

The event is the fourth in what has proven to be a highly popular and well attended series. The conference creates a forum where the thought-leaders of the VoIP industry come together to discuss the trends, dynamics and future of the industry. It is expected to attract delegates from over 70 service providers from around Europe. The day consists of a series of insightful panel discussions and presentations as well as Industry Keynotes from Cavell's analysts Matt Townend and Dominic Black. Knowledgeable, experienced thought-leaders will address all the communications-related dilemmas, share their experiences, practices, and controversial views.

“Meeting customers’ expectations has been and will always be crucial to Service Providers’ success” said Matt Townend, Research & Consulting Director at Cavell. “Trying to balance providing an excellent service and efficiently manage queries can prove to be challenging and this is an opportunity to shed light on how these skills can be mastered.”

The complete agenda and speakers line-up can be seen online, with participation confirmed from Gamma, Broadsoft, KCOM, Teleware, BT Wholesale, 8x8, Voxygen, NFON, Voztelecom, Telecoms Cloud, QAdvisors and many others.
