Ramora UK, one of the UK’s leading Bomb Disposal companies, has announced that the Company will be moving from its current base in Portsmouth to new headquarters in Fareham in December 2012.
Growing demand for the Company’s services – which include the practical removal of land and maritime ordnance, consultancy and training, has led to the expansion of the Company and the need for larger and improved premises. In addition to more office space, the premises include a lecture theatre, training areas, classrooms and the new site will incorporate Ramora UK’s 24/7 Emergency Response Centre and emergency control room facility; housing all emergency response vehicles and maritime offshore and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) diving resource capabilities.
David Welch FCMI, MIExpE, MIABTI, Ramora UK’s Managing Director, said: “Our aim is always to provide the highest and most professional level of service for our clients and this exciting new move will help us to do just that. The fact that it has also been driven by the growth of the Company makes it all the more rewarding.
