OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. and MONTREAL: VASCO® Data Security International, Inc. has announced that eSignLive™, the e-signature choice for government organizations, as worked with Cloud Services Provider (CSP) Project Hosts to deliver its electronic signature solution in a FedRAMP SaaS-level compliant cloud. U.S. government agencies can now implement e-signatures in the cloud and meet GSA security requirements.
Electronic signatures have proven cost-effective, efficient and able to improve service for government organizations for more than 20 years. Agencies including the General Services Administration, the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, the U.S. Army and the USDA, are using eSignLive to enable the secure and complaint electronic signing of documents. In-office or in the field on a mobile device, Federal agencies use eSignLive in conjunction with either a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card or Common Access Card (CAC). Use cases for e-signatures have included e-contracting, procurement, mobility and field force enablement, supply chain management, HR and operations.
Now in Project Hosts' FedRAMP SaaS-level compliant cloud, eSignLive allows government organizations to meet cloud-first initiatives, leveraging economies of scale of the cloud, to incorporate e-signatures into any manual, paper-intensive document workflow process across agencies.

"This partnership answers the demand from government agencies to be able to transact completely electronically with the highest level of data security, compliance and auditability – driving stakeholder and citizen engagement at the same time."
"By incorporating eSignLive directly into our Azure FedRAMP cloud environment, we perform the necessary due-diligence and create the requisite documentation to ensure all security controls are in place to maintain SaaS-level FedRAMP compliance," said Scott Chapman, CEO and co-founder of Project Hosts, Inc.
