Kris Harrison, winner of WISE’s (Women in Stem and Engineering) Inspiring Young Women Award, confirmed for The Young Engineering Professionals Conference
Kris Harrison, the Head of Lean Engineering for the UK and Italy at Selex ES, has been confirmed to speak at the annual a one-day Young Engineering Professionals Conference 2016 on 28 April. Kris has championed tirelessly to encourage young women to pursue the path of engineering and was awarded the Women in Stem and Engineering Inspiring Young Women Award in 2015 for her work with schools in Luton.
She will be one of the many speakers present at the annual event which is organized by BEAMA, BSI, GAMBICA and the IET. It focuses on the future of engineering and promoting multi-disciplinary working to reach shared goals.
