Their extensive knowledge has enabled Becrpyt to become a trusted advisor to its customers across central and local government, police and the defence sector.
Dr. Bernard Parsons, CEO at Becrypt, commented: “Becrypt is in a unique position having worked with central and local government for many years, delivering both products and services into government. Our services team take the time to develop a clear understanding of each customer’s unique business and security needs. This approach combined with our deep sector knowledge enables us to advise our customers on the right solution to support their digital transformation journey. The acceptance of Becrypt onto the Governments G-Cloud 7 digital marketplace further underlines the knowledge and experience of our services organisation.”
The latest Digital Marketplace figures released in October 2015 showed that total sales through G-Cloud reached £806m by the end of September, while Digital Services framework sales spend climbed to £30.4m, with 61% of total sales awarded to SMEs. The Government published figures showed that central government departments continue to drive the bulk of demand for services through the Digital Marketplace.
Parsons continued: “To date, G-Cloud has delivered what it promised, enabling agile and innovative British SME’s the opportunity to interact directly with public sector organisations. By nature, SME’s are faster moving and more responsive than traditional larger outsources that have previously dominated the sector. Through the removal of barriers, public sector organisations can benefit from the knowledge, experience and the flexibility that organisations like Becrypt offer.”
