Job description

PCL Whitehall Security Group, an equal opportunities company are seeking an experienced Security Officer to be based at a busy commercial building in Richmond.

Working on a rotational shift pattern covering 12 hour shifts 0700 to 1900 and 1900 to 0700 on a 7 on 3 off and 7 on 4 off shift pattern covering days nights and weekends.

The successful candidate will be pro-active, forward thinking and be able to assess a situation and react in a professional manner. Be able to utilise their current skills from their experience in previous Security Officer roles, whilst bringing new ideas to the position.

The ideal candidate:

· SG or DS SIA license is required

· Computer literate

· Knowledge of security alarms systems

· Experience in a corporate environment

· Excellent presentation

· Excellent Verbal and written communication skills as will be dealing with international calls

· Good customers service skills

· Previous experience in a busy security role

· Good phone manner and calm under pressure
